LOGO Meaning

A logo featuring a gray target with three rings that darken as they move inward. A yellow bullseye is
at the center with the words 'Service Fun' inside, representing Lions Club members and their
commitment to service and enjoyment. Eight icons representing Lions' global causes are scattered
throughout the rings. A black arrow points to the bullseye, symbolizing focus and achievement. Below
the logo, the tagline reads 'From Growth to Impact' and 'Hitting the Mark,' reflecting Lions' dedication
to making a meaningful difference.

Visually Impaired-Friendly Description

“The logo features a gray target with three rings that darken as they move inward, leading to a bright yellow bullseye at the center.

Each ring represents a different level of Lions Clubs International:

  • The outermost ring represents the international level, where Lions serve on a global scale and work toward their shared mission.
  • The middle ring represents the district and multiple district levels, where leadership and regional initiatives take shape.
  • The innermost ring represents local clubs, where hands-on service happens in communities.

At the center is a yellow bullseye labeled ‘Service Fun,’ representing Lions Club members. The phrase
‘Service Fun’ reflects the belief that service is not just a responsibility—it is something Lions enjoy and
take pride in.

Eight icons, symbolizing Lions’ global causes, are scattered throughout the rings: Diabetes, Vision,
Hunger, Environment, Childhood Cancer, Disaster Relief, Youth, and Humanitarian Efforts.

A black arrow points to the bullseye, symbolizing focus, precision, and the impact of the Lions’ service.

Below the logo, the tagline appears in two lines: ‘From Growth to Impact‘ and ‘Hitting the Mark‘ in bold. ‘Hitting the Mark’ represents the Lions’ commitment to setting goals at every level—club, district, and international—and achieving meaningful, measurable impact.”

The Meaning of the Logo

“This logo represents the mission of Lions Clubs International, capturing both focus and growth.

At its center, the yellow bullseye labeled ‘Service Fun’ represents Lions Club members, who drive service and make an impact. The words ‘Service Fun’ reflect the belief that service should not feel like a duty, but something that brings joy and fulfillment.

Surrounding the bullseye are three distinct rings that darken as they move outward, symbolizing growth at every level:

  • Local clubs stand on their own as the foundation of Lions service, making a direct impact in communities.
  • Districts and multiple districts provide leadership and support, helping clubs connect and take on larger projects.
  • The international level unites Lions worldwide, combining efforts for global humanitarian impact.

These levels are independent yet connected by a shared mission of service.

Eight icons, placed throughout the rings, represent Lions’ global causes: Diabetes, Vision, Hunger,
Environment, Childhood Cancer, Disaster Relief, Youth, and Humanitarian Efforts. A black arrow pointing to the bullseye represents precision, focus, and the Lions’ commitment to making a meaningful difference.

The tagline, ‘From Growth to Impact: Hitting the Mark,’ reinforces that Lions don’t just aim to serve—they set clear goals at every level and achieve them. ‘Hitting the Mark’ represents the success of Lions Clubs in making real, measurable change, from individual growth to global
service.”
