General
- This event is conducted under GCO Gaming Rules.
- Licence #: 173373 (May/June 2026)
- All proceeds goes to support needs in our community.
- In the event of any conflict:
- Rules set by the Independent Gambling Control Office (IGCO) take precedence.
🔞 Eligibility
- Participants must be 19 years of age or older.
- Volunteers assisting with a draw may not participate in the draw.
🎟️ Ticket Sales
- Tickets are sold on-site only during each round.
- ROUND ONE: Three GREEN Tickets for $5
- ROUND TWO: Three ORANGE Tickets for $5
- ROUND THREE: Three PURPLE Tickets for $5
- All tickets must be paid in full before being entered into the draw.
- Each round uses a separate set of tickets.
🎯 Draw Format
Each ticket has an equal chance of winning within its round.
The event consists of 3 rounds, each with five draws.
Tickets are:
- Placed into a draw container
- Mixed thoroughly
- Drawn randomly, one at a time
🏆 Winning & Prizes
- ROUND ONE: Prizes: 5 – $50 Gas Cards
- ROUND TWO: Prizes: 3 – $50 Kelly O’Bryan’s & 2 – $50 Grocery Cards
- ROUND THREE: Prizes: 5 – Selections of Fresh Meats
- Winners must be present to claim their prize.
- If a winner is not present, additional tickets will be drawn until a winner claims the prize.
- Prizes consist of meat packages and/or gift cards of approximate equal advertised value.
- Prizes are awarded immediately upon winning.
⚖️ Disputes & Decisions
- All draws are conducted under the supervision of event volunteers.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of the event organizer is final.
- All draws are conducted in a fair and transparent manner with witnesses present.

- Winning tickets will be announced at the time of the draw.
- Results will be made available upon request
